On July 1st, 2007 POLYTECH Health & Aesthetics started the patient program Implants of Excellence [PDF]. This program offers patients an extended warranty for their implants:
- lifetime exchange warranty in case of implant shell rupture for all types of breast implants
- 10-year exchange warranty against capsular contracture, dislocation and rotation for Microthane® [PDF] coated breast implants

High-level product quality for breast implants made in Germany
Breast implants from POLYTECH Health & Aesthetics are CE-marked as medical devices. Regular testing shows that the quality of our implants always meets the required standards and even exceeds many of them.
Additional personal safety with German breast implants
With the extended warranty, POLYTECH Health & Aesthetics implants enjoy liftetime benefits and additional personal safety. For example, in case of rupture of the implant shell we offer a lifetime exchange guarantee for our POLYTECH Health & Aesthetics silicone gel-filled breast implant.
For Microthane® coated silicone gel-filled implants from POLYTECH Health & Aesthetics used for a cosmetic augmentation the warranty is even more comprehensive. In case of a capsular fibrosis or implant dislocation/rotation, we offer an additional product-exchange guarantee for up to 10 years after implantation.
